Soft Pastel Sets Online in India

Soft pastel is close to raw pigment with just enough binder to hold a stick together, which is why the colour is more intense than almost anything else you can buy and why it never fully dries or fixes. Softer sticks crumble and cover fast, harder sticks and pastel pencils hold an edge for detail, and most pastellists use both: hard for the drawing underneath, soft for the colour on top. Pastel needs a surface with real tooth, and it needs fixing or glazing to survive handling.
