🚫 Cancellation Policy

At Stationerie, we strive to dispatch all orders promptly. However, certain factors such as courier delays are beyond our control. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order:
• No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been shipped.
• If a customer cancels or refuses delivery after dispatch, the applicable courier and RTO (Return to Origin) charges will be deducted from the refund.
• No refunds will be issued for delayed deliveries caused by courier partners.
• If an order is rejected by the customer due to delay, shipping charges (both sides) will still be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after the returned package is received by us and inspected.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
• No partial refunds will be made.
• Full order must be returned in unused condition for refund processing.
