Oil Pastel Sets Online in India

Oil pastel is pigment bound in a non-drying oil and wax, so it stays workable indefinitely and never truly hardens. That is the point: you can push it, scrape it, layer it and dissolve it with turpentine or a solvent to get painterly passages from a stick. It will not smudge into dust the way soft pastel does, but it also cannot be fixed, so finished work is glazed rather than sprayed. Student grades are waxier and lighter; artist grades carry more pigment and stay buttery.
