Return & Replacement Policy

At Stationerie, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for all our customers. We offer a simple return policy for specific cases, outlined below:

✅ When Can You Raise a Return Request?

You may initiate a return request in the following situations:
• You received a wrong product (however, we always share product images via WhatsApp before dispatch. If the correct product was confirmed and shipped, returns will not be accepted).
• You received a damaged product (requires proof via video).
• You received a partial or missing order (requires proof via video).

Returns must be initiated within 1 day of receiving your order. Partial returns are also accepted—you may return one or more items from your order.

🔄 How to Raise a Return Request?
1. Contact Us
Message us on WhatsApp at 9830039152 within 1 day of receiving the order.
2. Provide Details
Share the Order ID and images of the product(s) you wish to return.
• For issues related to damage or missing items, an unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory.
• The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.
• Tampered product seals void any eligibility for return or refund.
Please share all requested information within 2 days to remain eligible for return or replacement.
3. Ship the Return
Once approved, ship the product(s) to the following address within 2–7 business days:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
• Please note, we do not offer reverse pickup services.
• If the return is due to a wrongly ordered item, the customer must bear both-side freight charges.

🔁 Replacement Policy
• If your return is approved and you request a replacement, it will be processed subject to stock availability.
• Replacements will only be issued once we receive the original product in proper condition.
• If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
