Return Policy

We offer all our customers an easy return policy. Returns can be initiated in case of wrong, or damaged product(s) received. Wherein you can raise a return request of product(s) within 2 Days of receiving the order. We also accept partial returns of the order, wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

2. Provide us with your order ID and an image of the products you wish to return. Unboxing / unpacking video is a must for concerns where items are damaged or missing in a package or order. The Shipping Label should be clearly visible in the Video. Please note, if the original seal of the product is tampered, no return, refund or replacement request will be entertained. It is mandatory to share the requested information within 2 days to be eligible for return / replacement.

3. Once approved ship the package to Stationerie 47/3 Gariahat Road Kolkata 700019 , Phone 9830039152 within 2-7 business days. We will initiate the refund only if the products received by us are in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
We don’t have any reverse pickup available.

4. In case if the request is for a replacement, it is subject to the availability of the stock, replacing products without any damage is shipped by customer, In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount to you.
