Turner Acrylic Gouache are opaque paints which dry quickly to a matte finish. Manufactured in Japan, they are colored with extremely finely-ground pigment and have a fluid consistency which enables an even spread of uniform color across large areas. They can be used with regular acrylic mediums (such as Golden mediums) and thinned with water. Once dry, they are water-resistant, which means they can be applied in multiple layers without bleeding.
The colors are quick drying and water reducible (2:1 paint to water), yet water-resistant when dry. Because of the low amounts of binder in the paint, there is little to no color shift when dry, resulting in brilliant final artworks.
All colors are opaque and dry to a velvety matte finish.
